BBHCA membership annual dues are $20 per household or $10 for an individual. Current members are entitled to vote at official meetings of the association. Residents must live in Brookland, Bush Hill, or Gunnell Estates in Alexandria, Virginia 22310 (Fairfax County). See our service area below.
Membership includes:
- Each individual/household member is entitled to vote at official meetings of the association. Individual membership gets one vote. Household membership gets up to two votes. (member[s] must be present to vote)
- Quarterly BBHCA News newsletter (print and/or email)
- Notices and news via BBHCA Facebook page (Facebook account not required to view posts)
- BBHCA eNews (email; published between issues of the newsletter)
- Notifications and announcements (mail or email)
- Land Use Updates (email)
- Neighborhood Watch Updates (email)
- Invitation to Special Events (email)
- Opportunities to Volunteer for BBHCA (virtually or in person)
Non-member residents in the BBHCA service area will receive a mailed notice of quarterly community meetings and a ink to the quarterly newsletter online.
